Save your purchase history
Open store.steampowered.com/account/history while signed in. Scroll to the bottom and click Load more transactions until the button goes away. Then press Ctrl+S (⌘+S on a Mac) and save it as Webpage, Complete.
Save your games pageoptional, adds your real game count and playtime
Open steamcommunity.com/my/games, wait for the list to finish loading, and save it the same way. That saved page also contains a short-lived sign-in token from Steam. This page never reads or sends it anywhere, but don't share that file with anyone.
Save your licensesoptional, adds product keys, free games and gifts with their dates
Open store.steampowered.com/account/licenses and save it the same way. Steam shows about 100 licenses at a time: save the page, click Next at the top right of the list, and save again until you reach the last page. There's no Back button, so save each page before moving on. Drop them all in together.
Drop the .html files here
Only the .html files are needed; the folders saved next to them can be ignored. Steam needs to be set to English. A report downloaded from this site, yours or someone else's, can be dropped in too.
